このページ自体がHAYATEのパイプラインの制作物です。これを品質サンプルとしてご判断ください。加えて、全案件で人間のディレクターが文言・表示崩れ・法令リスクを確認してから納品しています。This page itself came out of our pipeline — judge the quality by what you're looking at. On top of that, a human director reviews every deliverable for copy, rendering, and compliance before it ships.

HTML納品プランは2回、ホストプランは4回(+公開後も月1回の文言修正)。ご依頼はチャットやメールで文章を送るだけでOKです。文言・色・構成の入れ替え程度なら数時間で反映します。「イメージと違う」レベルの作り直しも1回分の修正としてカウントするだけです。Two revisions on the HTML Files plan, four on Hosted (plus one copy edit per month after launch) — just send your changes by chat or email. Copy, color, and layout changes turn around in hours. Even a "this isn't what I pictured" full redo just counts as one revision.

ホストプランなら何も不要です。専用URL（サブドメイン）で即公開し、SSL・サーバー運用・稼働監視まで月額に全て含まれます。解約時はHTMLファイル一式をお渡しするので、囲い込みはありません。※独自ドメインでの公開は現在準備中です。Nothing needed — the Hosted plan publishes instantly on your dedicated URL with SSL, hosting, and uptime monitoring all included. If you ever leave, you get the full HTML files — no lock-in. (Custom domains coming soon.)

はい。AIとの会話が終わると構成案が表示され、ボタンひとつで“実際に動くドラフトページ”をAIが自動生成します（約2分・無料・申込み前）。お申込み後は人間のディレクターが正式版に仕上げます — こちらは営業時間内で最短3時間が標準目標で、混み合う場合は着手時に確定時刻をご提示します。Yes. When your conversation ends, your structure appears — and one tap generates a working AI draft page in about 2 minutes, free, before you order. After ordering, a human director finishes the real version: from 3 hours during business hours, with a firm time committed at kickoff when we're busy.

お支払い完了と同時に、HTML・テキスト・生成画像を含む納品物一式の権利はお客様に移ります。商用利用・改変も自由です。AI生成画像は商用利用可能なサービスのみで制作しています。Everything — code, copy, and generated imagery — becomes yours upon final payment, free to use and modify commercially. We only use AI image services whose terms permit commercial use.

デザイン・表示品質・納期のお約束は守りますが、CVや売上そのものの保証はできません（それを保証する制作会社があれば疑ってください）。ホストプランの月1回の文言修正は、公開後の反応を見ながら改善していくためのものです。We stand behind design quality, rendering, and deadlines — but no honest studio can guarantee conversions or revenue. The Hosted plan's monthly copy edit exists so we can iterate based on real reactions after launch.

誤字などの軽微な修正は納品後7日間無料で対応します。文言差し替えやセクション追加などの更新はスポットでお見積もりします（AI制作なので更新も速く安いのが強みです）。Minor fixes (typos and the like) are free for 7 days after delivery. Larger updates are quoted per request — and thanks to the AI pipeline, updates are fast and cheap too.

制作着手前のキャンセルは全額返金します。着手後のキャンセル・ご返金はお受けできません。その代わり、着手前に構成案を無料でご確認いただけるため、「イメージと違うまま制作が始まる」ことはありません。条件はお見積もり時の条件書にも明記します。Full refund if you cancel before work starts. Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not available — which is why we share a free structure proposal before starting, so work never begins until you're confident. Terms are also stated in writing with your quote.

銀行振込またはクレジットカード（Stripe）。着手時50%・納品時50%の分割にも対応します。海外のお客様はカード決済（米ドル建て）でお支払いいただけます。Bank transfer or credit card via Stripe, charged in USD for international clients. A 50% upfront / 50% on delivery split is available.
